We will only use Duncan AC to service and repair our AC. Every technician we’ve had come to the house has been excellent and trustworthy. Recently, our AC broke while we were overseas. I was able to let the technician in the house and he could have charged us for an expensive repair. Instead, Gary told us the filter was in upside down. All we paid was the cost of the service call. Excelent service overall! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars if that the missed an appointment and never reached out to let us know they couldn't come. Otherwise the service itself was very good.
Had the annual service done on my unit today and also a soft start installed. The technician Junior did an outstanding job. He was very professional and courteous and was also very efficient and explained everything he was doing.
Had an estimate for new system. Technician Phillip did a great job at explaining new system. Very fair and transparent price. Very nice company to deal with.
