Please read to the end!! I am not one to leave poor reviews, but I just cannot let this one go for the safety of other customers. We have used Duncan Air in the past and were highly satisfied with our service. Alan was top-knotch and fixed our problem timely and satisfactorily. Apparently, Alan is no longer with the company. After 2 service calls, our new young technician and his apprentice were lacking in knowledge, and missed a huge problem with a leaky pan, causing us large amounts of drywall damage. always a pleasure to work with them. great communication and service in all regards.. I will also add, that you guys are way overpriced now... Half the price for other AC companies to replace a simple capacitor... Kind of absurd for the $400 you charge..
Wayne did a great job cleaning the coils on my Air Handler and got everything up and running.
