We consistently rely on Duncan's for several of our properties, and they never disappoint with their quality of work. Their professionalism is exceptional, and I highly recommend their services. We have a membership that includes two annual AC maintenance visits for a flat fee, and they always provide detailed photos of the work performed, which adds to our peace of mind.
In today’s competitive business world, it often feels like everyone is just trying to squeeze out an extra buck. Not these guys. Alan came over and had our unit double-checked, confirming what our AC service had said. He was upfront and honest about their prices and even offered to assist with the warranty situation. The people at Duncan's AC earn their five-star reviews every day. I highly recommend the company because it's the people within the company who make it great. All of their technicians are some of the best-of-the-best. A big shout out to Corey and Gavin. Orginally called PolarExpress the quoted 1750 after a military discount! Luckily, I did a little research before and knew it repair was covered by Trane for parts only the labor would be the cost. I also knew the repair is a 2 to 4 hour job for a coil replacement. I asked PolarExpress are you sure this is the correct price? Heather said said basically if you think you can do better go ahead.
