Lovely, inviting, comfortable and convenient location.
We have rent through Duncan Real Estate several times for our Anna Maria Island vacation. The staff are friendly and professional and the properties are equipped with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable.
Very nice place, good size for a 3 bedroom. Only a block or so from the beach. Appears that the inside was extensively remodeled as a result of the 2024 hurricanes. Close to Ginny & Jane E's. I highly recommend.
Our family has officially found our go-to house on Anna Maria - Jersey Girl! We had the absolute best time during our stay over Thanksgiving. The house was perfectly suited for our family with ages ranging 3-70+. The cottage gave everyone their own space. The main house was stocked to perfection and we easily hosted a Thanksgiving seafood feast. The pool deck and hang out area was a blast. Easy walking to Pine and the beach.
