My friend group and I travel annually to Anna Maria Island, so between the five of us we've rented dozens and dozens of vacation rentals over the years on the island. This home, The Shady Mermaid, was extraordinary! We've found over the years that Duncan Properties by far provide the greater experience. We've rented from the other companies on the island and their homes don't compare. They are not as well maintained and they lack essential items. Duncan thinks of everything, every detail. They are wonderful!
We spent our Spring Break at one of the Duncan vacation rentals and it was such a great experience! Their communication was excellent and so polite! The property was so clean and they even had a thoughtful little jar of salt water taffy’s waiting for us upon arrival! We would definitely stay with them again on future visits!
We have used Duncan in Anna Maria Island for several years. Their assistance has always been excellent. It is sad that recent national politics should impact the business of such a fine company.
