I had a great experience renting from Duncan. The staff prior to and during our stay were pleasant and professional. They answered all our questions and helped us when our rental house was short a sheet set for the pullout couch. Sybil delivered a set of sheets to the house after 8pm on our first night there!! The communication was great from beginning to end. The condo was clean and great location. Lots of beach supplies. Easy access to beach. Team Duncan was very accommodating. They even looked for something we had forgotten, found it and mailed it to us. Would definitely rent from Team Duncan again.
We very much enjoyed Runaway Bay. Great amenities and just had to walk across the street to the beach. We have a young family with a baby so it was perfect. Will be back!
Booked with Duncan after our Airbnb was canceled. Petra was very helpful in deciding which place to rent and we were very happy with the location and the spacious condo.
This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 4!! It was so clean and everything was modernized, I loved the style and layout, it was well stocked on bath towels, pool towels, kitchenware and blankets! Loved having the beach chairs and loungers as well, thank you so much! The location was also very convenient, just a few steps to the beach in the back and a few steps to the pool and laundry in the front! We will definitely be back and looking forward to the 5% off for returning!
