I have to agree with the posts I see here. They take advantage of young, financially challenged individuals & families. It's barely a step up from homeless. False advertising, that causes renters extra expenses. Holes in floors/faceplates missing on electrical outlets with promises to fix, no response. Mold everywhere. Disgusting. Guess all it's going to take is one really good law suit, but unfortunately, the folks who are hurting from this company, don't have the money to fight him.�

They sent a crew out to cut the grass in a duplex beside my house. They ran over trash from his yard, blew it into mine. I tried to flag them down as they left. Needless to say I had to pick it up.
