A few years ago in easley around the hospital this company owns some studio apartments I lived in one of those apartments. I didn’t pay my rent (was a bad time in my life) but not even 1 or 2 days after the rent was due the owner shows up at like 7 in the morning while I’m sleeping unlocks the door walks right on in with a lady cop who immediately walked past him and started going through my drawers cabinets was looking in every corner looking for anything to get me out right then I’m guessing they thought I would have drugs... read more
worst thing home owners could do is hire or contract property managers, causing the rent to go beyond people's financial ability to pay the high rent cost. they will not fix things until it falls in on your head. they just want money and to have popularity. I would not rent from this management company.
