Duncan-Platt did an excellent job removing our old unit and installing a new furnace. Greg came out immediately after I called him to look at our 25 year old unit. After discussing the issues it was having we decided to go with a new unit instead of another band aid fix to get us through another winter. I mentioned the roofers previously broke our exhaust pipe and installed a temporary fix, Greg said no problem, we will fix that too. We were quoted a price that I found to be fair. Greg installed a new HVAC unit several years ago. This week, I was having trouble installing a smart thermostat. I called Greg, and free of charge, he walked me through how to set it up over the phone. He even called back unprompted an hour later to make sure everything had gone okay. We've really appreciated this awesome level of customer service from Duncan-Platt, and Greg in particular.
