Greg installed a new HVAC unit several years ago. This week, I was having trouble installing a smart thermostat. I called Greg, and free of charge, he walked me through how to set it up over the phone. He even called back unprompted an hour later to make sure everything had gone okay. We've really appreciated this awesome level of customer service from Duncan-Platt, and Greg in particular.
