These guys were the absolute best to work with and they really went above and beyond to help me! I ended up having to replace my HVAC unit and they honestly made it possible in more ways than one. I trust their recommendations and their customer service was really outstanding! They completed the install in a day and were great with my dogs! 10/10!

WOW! I can't believe the service and understanding. I had an appointment that I missed because I fell asleep. When I called, Victoria was very understanding and made sure they sent a technician out the same day. He came right away and promptly fixed my air conditioner. The price blew me away; it was half what I expected. Thank you, Duncan Heating & Air Conditioning, I put you in my contacts and I will call if I need service again.
Highly recommend Duncan, they were awesome. Had a replacement of a system that services the 2d and 3d floors of my home and their work from top to bottom was great. Knowledgeable technicians, very particular and very friendly...NO mess. The service and Installation departments, kept me informed and their follow-up, post install, has been excellent. Their product -American Standard- is the best in the industry. Call them, you'll be glad you did.
