This the is WORST business EVER! I made an appointment for a gas pipe fitting replacement 3 days prior of the appointment date and prepaid $89 fee ( plus labor and parts later). They said they will be at my address between 12-3pm on the day to fix the problem. They knew the gas has been turned off due to the minor leak at the gas pipe fittings and the temperature has been in negative, (no gas = no heat).
