I was recommended to Duncan's by a friend who's shopped there and now that I've shopped there I have no problem recommending them to anyone else. the store is clean, organized and has a good selection. the staff were friendly, knowledgeable . I will definitely be a repeat customer, totally worth the hour drive for me.
The store was cool, and had lots of inventory. BUT my husband and I went in there the other day and were pretty much ignored by all staff till we had an item in hand. We were probably wandering around for 10-15 minutes till we were acknowledged. The store wasnt busy either, I think there was one other customer and probably 4-5 staff members there.
