I just cannot say enough good about Lancaster and their staff. When you are at your lowest ebb and overwhelmed with grief, a kind word, or comfort through genuine empathy can make all the difference imaginable. Doug Hunter handled all our needs professionally and courteously and with kindness.
I can't! Doug Hunter caused me more grief than necessary! He has no compassion! His only concern is the money! Not the families grief! I wouldn't have my dog buried by him.
