Dr Gilmour completely dismissed my serious symptoms of psuedo tumor cerebri with rapid vision loss that can be permanent while being admitted. I have been waiting for a spinal tap for 16 hours that I desperately need and should have received immediately. I’m a client at LV Neurology where he’s a doctor, but that was of no interest either. Just another money hungry, unconcerned, non compassionate meat market Dr! Just what Vegas needs!
