Herbert, Ross, and Brendan are truly friendly and compassionate gentlemen. When I had a plumbing emergency, they made me feel as though they genuinely cared. We can't recommend Ross enough for plumbing services. My father engaged him for the repair of a bathtub drain and water heater, and Ross delivered a first-rate job. Due to the urgency of selling his home, we needed the job done promptly, and Ross didn't disappoint. He was incredibly swift and executed an excellent job. I don't usually pen down reviews, but I felt compelled to today. Ross was the plumber who serviced my place and he exhibited utmost professionalism, efficiency, and skill. He and Matthew arrived within the two-hour slot I was given and sent me a text around half an hour prior to their arrival. We had an unfortunate incident where a Hot Wheels car got stuck in the main shower drain, causing it to back up. Another service provider we had called the previous day bluntly told us that it was impossible to get the car out without breaking up the shower's concrete slab, which would have cost us nearly $5k.
