My husband realized he had something in his eye over the weekend. When we called the office on Monday, we found out that both docs were out of the office and began to see if another office could see him. Shortly, I received a call that one doc was coming in for a short time and would see him! What a relief! He took a piece of metal out of his eye and took other measures to help it heal. The staff was also amazing! It is so comforting to have such great service right here at home! Thank you for your care!
Im a visitor to Duncan and needed my prescription glasses to be repaired. Called DFEC to inquire of services offered. I noticed how friendly & professional everyone were as I entered the office. The smiles were awesome. My glasses feel so much better and I no longer need to hold them up to see correctly. The service was free and so glad I called them first. Thank you again.
