They were upfront and honest—Zach even showed me the worn-out part they replaced and explained how bad it was, which I really appreciated. The whole crew worked together to get my car fixed in just a day and a half—crazy fast for such top-notch service! I was originally told by another mechanic that I needed a rear main seal repair and a bunch of other repairs, I reached out to Duncan Elite, and I told them what I needed done, he said he could totally do everything I needed done, but come to find out everything that the prior mechanic told me all of those items were fine, Zach team was able to find the real issue and fix it. Zack took great care of my truck and was absolutely amazing to work with. I have found my new mechanic. Thank you Zach and Team.
Rebuilt transmission (4,500).. then they did about a solid 2,000 in top end damage running my car hot. Which they admitted to but failed to mention the damage.i Wouldn’t even take a lawnmower to these *******
