Honestly, no customer service. In my opinion the service department was rude. In the end, I just decided to take my business elsewhere.
I'm from Canada and saw a video where Truckers are waiting on the Grain Company to get their act together while a Trucker bought a new car from you guys is absolutely insane and crazy. I think one of your employees said "Duncan Chevrolet We got what you want" makes me wanna come down to America and buy a car.
Called Duncan Chevy to verify what time they closed as we are traveling and needed a 10 minute diagnostic review on GMC. They stated 2pm and when we arrived at 1:10pm they told us they were closing soon and wouldn’t be able to help until Friday. We are traveling to Red River and they were the only GM dealer in the area. Will Customer Service ever return!? Eddie did reach out a few days later for a follow up call, changing my review from 1 star to 3 bc Eddie did take the time to follow back up
Excelente service and attention to detail.
Came here just to charge my car and was having trouble with it but the GM came out and made sure everything was working for me. Cool dude if I lived here id do business with him.
