Bought our first brand new Chevy Silverado truck from Duncan Chevrolet and the whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of stellar. We were very pleased with not only the vehicle but the extra mile they went to make sure we were satisfied. Everyone from the salesperson, the General Manager, Owner and delivery driver were very courteous and professional through out. If the vehicle holds up as expected, will definitely be taking back our business there for other vehicles in the future.
Honestly, no customer service. In my opinion the service department was rude. In the end, I just decided to take my business elsewhere.
I'm from Canada and saw a video where Truckers are waiting on the Grain Company to get their act together while a Trucker bought a new car from you guys is absolutely insane and crazy. I think one of your employees said "Duncan Chevrolet We got what you want" makes me wanna come down to America and buy a car.
