Customer service is terrible. I had a stylist, named Chisolm(sp), who allowed my partial highlighting bleach to over process my hair for 65 minutes. I was concerned for my hair at the salon and asked for help for someone to check it at 45 mins and the owner (I believe) said it was fine and this was an acceptable waiting period. After I left, I noticed rough texture, and my first wash I had significant hair loss and breakage. My husband is a witness to this.
