The providers there are all great. Their staff... not so much. The medical assistant named Kendra is probably the rudest and most unqualified person they could have found. She also lies and doesn't verify information before spouting off. I actually don't expect much more than this out of DRH. They never fail to disappoint!!
They need new protocols and front desk help. People die because places like this. Literally, go anywhere else. They do not take mental health seriously at all. You are just a number and an insurance claim... they should be ashamed being the only lifeline in the county seat.
