Read some really great things on Google and Reddit... Ended up VERY disappointed. We contacted Duncan & Associates to get a home insurance quote. *CRICKETS* A week later we contacted them again and were told the first person we talked to left the company (and apparently nobody else was going to get back to us). Ok whatever, we still wanted a quote. They quoted us Safeco and it ended up being $3800, 3x as much as our current rate! We were underinsured from State Farm, so higher rates for the correct coverage made sense, but t... read more

I have called and asked for quotes numerous times only to get absolutely no return call. When I have called back numerous times to speak to the agent that was going to give me the quote, I’ve been put on hold for eternity! I wouldn’t bother with this agency. You’ll be on hold and forgotten forever!
