I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Duncan & Associates Insurance Brokers. Communication was poor, responses were slow, and I had to do all of the follow-up myself. When shopping for insurance, I expected an agent who would proactively look for the best coverage and rates for my family’s needs, but instead I was left feeling unsupported and frustrated.
