Lived at one of their buildings on mount lebanon blvd for a little over a year, the area itself and location is quite nice. Unfortunately, the management staff is very unprofessional and rude. Expect your rent to raise every time you renew - if you ask why you'll be told that the cost of maintenance is always increasing. Expect the staff to give you attitude when you go to pay rent - you'll be told that they arent good at dealing with people and it's just their 'personality'. Have cameras in the building but don't record. So if you have laundry stolen you can't see who took it. Literally charge you for everything (bathtub strainer) when you move out.. and normal wear and tear (paint on walls). Trying to take all $730 deposit from me. If I could I would give them no stars.
