On Dec 30th, 2014, 9pm I to visit a friend at the Dunbar apts. Their predatory towing practices are despicable. It cost me 200.00 to get truck back. \$75.00 for the tow, \$125.00 mileage. I had to go to Patton Ave. at 10:30pm to pick-up my vehicle. This is a corporate policy to extort pocket money, shame on you. Renters beware of their business practices. Run Forrest Run
CORPORATE STRONG ARMING POTENTIAL RESIDENTS: They force residents to give up their satelite tv service, stating *ILLEGALLY* that no resident can have it! Upon appealing to their corporate office in Raleigh 2 times, they now will NOT take calls from me!
Awful place. Go through property managers like water.
