I received a massage from Shannon Matuska, RMT at Dunbar Osteopathy in June 2026. The neck techniques she used were improper and overly aggressive. They immediately felt wrong and caused sharp nerve pain that has persisted as a lasting injury. Draping was also inadequate, leaving me exposed at times. When I contacted the clinic afterward, they sided with her account and did not investigate my concerns. I strongly recommend caution, especially for neck work.
Blair is very knowledgable and has helped me immensely in regaining mobility in my shoulder.
