So disheartened to have had a not so great experience with Cecilia who answered the phone. Talks over you when you ask questions—then denies said behavior. Was snarky and said ‘retainers don’t last forever—Dr Dunbar likes me to tell our patients this.’ Nobody expected a retainer to last forever—nor did I imply of such. Dr Dunbar and his back staff have been amazing caring for 3 sets of braces (dtr, son, husband) for us.
