Perhaps Dr. John Lilly should attempt to be a better doctor instead of an owner of Grumpy's Waterfront Grill. He doesn't do either well. He spends approximately one minute with his patients at Valley Center Nursing Home. And I am not exaggerating; I actually timed him when he occasionally checked on my father who suffered two strokes. Dr. Lilly was my father's doctor for years, yet he could never remember my father's name. Dr. Lilly was always in too much of a hurry.
