Friendly staff and doctor.
I've been going to this clinic for the last 15 years and recently transferred my parents there to see Dr. Chen. So grateful that the staff and Dr. Chen were very patient with us this morning as our appointment took longer than normal due to health issues that are impacting their vision.
Had an appointment at 10:45 in the morning, been asked to arrive 15 min earlier to fill out form because they think I’m a new patient (even tough I’ve been there before). I arrived at 10:20 to make sure they have plenty of time. Waited until 11:00 am been told I need to possibly wait another 20mins or straight up tell me I can come back another time.
