I’ve been going to see Dr. Moore for many years. He is so knowledgeable and explains my condition thoroughly each time I see him. His office staff are so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend to anyone for eye care.
The doctor and exam staff are wonderful. The optical shop is lacking. I spent 20 minutes prior to and 20 minutes after my appointment browsing and trying on glasses. No one spoke to me to offer assistance or to tell me they would assist me shortly. My exam and glasses insurance are two different carriers, they put a hold on my glasses insurance (even though I was not assisted in the shop at all) that another eye glasses shop called and was able to remove with my insurance company. Dr. Stanley is very knowledgeable and staff is very friendly. This practice is great to work with for the last several years.
All of the staff was very professional. Very prompt service from each member. Received a thorough exam. I've been a patient for 5 years, I'll be back next year.
Staff is always professional. Never have to wait. Dr Moore is very thorough and easy to talk to. Never feel rushed.
