Wonderful place to live. Make sure to know your management from day one. This location is wonderful, the updated apartments are beautiful, and proximity to the trains and grocery stores are such a bonus!
If I could give Dunbar less than 1 star I would. Dunbar Owner LLC, and by extension their parent company, Fairstead, is the worst landlord in NYC, second only to NYCHA. I moved out in September 2022 but have heard from current tenants that conditions are literally unlivable. No heat, no hot water, ConEdison threatening to turn off power to the entire building. Do not live here. My building’s boiler is in constant need of repair which results in many days without ANY hot water or heat. Management is tone deaf and apathetic towards their tenets. The last time we lost heat and water for 3-5 days they offered us a pizza party.
