Where to start? Communication is exceedingly poor with both mgrs (Steve/Amber). I've been assured of follow-up multiple times by Amber without any proactive communication on her part. Even their leader, Steve, assured of quick follow-up.. only to avoid calls 5 hours later. I also send an email without any acknowledgement by Dunaway.. Quotes are unreliable. I brought my truck in there to have a windshield fixed and after service was done they crashed my truck into the wall. After months of asking for the cost of repair they had told me today that they have not decided yet on how they were going to pay And if they were going to pay so now I will be turning this over to my attorney big hassle over nothing. I personally will never use them again nor will I recommend anybody
