Professional, caring, informative, friendly
I was taken from icu step down and taken to get a test. They took me on a wild ride and, guess what, they had the wrong person for the test. I consider that a complete mess. Luckily I talked them at the test floor and did a lot of questioning,

Dr. Dunaway remained standing during our interaction which made it feel somewhat perfunctory though I know that isn't his intent. While the PA had reviewed my MRI results with me on a previous visit I thought Dr. Dunaway would have at least referenced them e.g. "I looked at your results and ....." Instead he asked me what was going on and I explained and then we talked about surgery. I knew it had only been scheduled for a 10 minute encounter but it did feel incredibly brief.
