I agree that they are uncaring and probably don't belong in the business they are in. I was seeking help there for the grief from losing my wife of 34 years. Progress was starting to happen as the therapist I was seeing was pretty helpful. But right before Christmas, one of the hardest times I get an email that they will no longer be doing any therapy work. No warning just an email out of the blue. Maybe with a little warning I could have found something else to help get through the Holidays.

I only got to see my therapist once. I accidentally missed my second appointment. I was already unsure I could afford to see her, and I knew if I had to pay the $85 fee I'd be done for. So, I had to cancel all services. Her name is Michelle. I take this as a sign that I can't be helped. I hope she's able to fix whoever takes my place. She's really really nice.

Friendly people (that part would be 5 stars!) However, my several experiences at Dunamis have been mixed. I did like Leah, a great counselor and leader there, who has since left. I also loved Jessi, the Neurofeedback technician I saw who is compassionate, Professional, good communicator and dependable. Some of what the other negative reviews say was actually my experience as well. Made an appointment, very much looking forward to working on myself. Got a call a week later telling me my appointment was “given” to someone else and I needed to reschedule. ?? That’s not how this works. Cancelled my appointment and all future appointments due to lack of organization and stupid business moves.
