horrible customer service, had a small confusion with our billing, we removed a truck from our policy and continued to get charged for it, after trying to get them to understand 3 months later, they refused to refund our money back. Kim was well aware of the situation and did hardly nothing to fix it. We were told " please call germania directly and press 0" currently looking for a new brokerage.
RecommendedI just think it must be a great and honest place to buy insurance or Gib Maynard would not work there
Ok just have to say I had a wreck yesterday. I called my insurance agent Tiffany Carrell and she was on top of it, within minutes she had the wrecker on tbe way, the rental car lined up, and the bodyshop where it was going to. It certainly made a stressful time way less stressful. I had only switched from Progressive a few months ago. I am so glad I did! Top notch! Thank you Dunahoe Insurance!
