My daughter's sewing machine stopped working. I brought it in hoping it would be a simple matter of replacing a part. Mr. Dunagan said it was the belt, and that with a cheap model (as I'd have guessed), it would cost more to repair than it's worth. Then he had a thought and fixed it right in front of us. When I offered to pay him for his time, he said it was free.
We are new to the area so I was thrilled when I found a place that sells Embroidery Machines. Carl and Kelly were very helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store!
