My experience with Dr Yates has been top notch. He is very kind and very professional. He listens to what you’d like to accomplish and then he shoots straight with you on what he can accomplish. He even fixed something that was messed up by another doctor. He answered my long list of questions without even blinking. His pricing is comparable to others in the area. His staff is great- especially his surgery ladies. They were awesome and they calmed any nerves I had! I highly recommend Dr Yates and his staff.
I hardly ever leave bad reviews and had hoped to keep my surgery private, but I feel compelled to share my experience in hopes that others may benefit from my story. I was not happy with my aftercare with Dr. Yates and his head nurse Cindy at all. The office staff and staff nurses that I would meet with before Dr. Yates would come in (except for Nurse Cindy) were all wonderful. They were empathetic, listened, and showed genuine concern. Dr. Allison and Nurse Tammy are amazing! Allison is very skilled and professional and Tammy is just the sweetest. So happy with my results.
