I used to like Dunrite but this past visit was Dunwrong . Charged me $650 but didn't fix the problem! Had to hire another plumber to come and fix it, which they did.
Always great work and on-time. Everyone who has ever come out has been very professional and knows their stuff. No pressure to buy extra parts or sign up for maintenance plans. Simply the best!
I was initially quoted $350 for a repair. When I called back, the front desk quoted $150, so I decided to go ahead and schedule. The technician who came also told me a service call is $150. However they insisted that I pay $350 because evidently, the person who quoted me $350 is the owner. I was disappointed with how rude he was on the phone and didn't even want to hear me. If this review is still up, he hasn't called me. Its clear their pricing is not standard and based on what they can get in a situation. I would avoid.
