I was initially quoted $350 for a repair. When I called back, the front desk quoted $150, so I decided to go ahead and schedule. The technician who came also told me a service call is $150. However they insisted that I pay $350 because evidently, the person who quoted me $350 is the owner. I was disappointed with how rude he was on the phone and didn't even want to hear me. If this review is still up, he hasn't called me. Its clear their pricing is not standard and based on what they can get in a situation. I would avoid.

Sterling was AMAZING and thorough. I’d had 3 other plumbers out for the same issue and no one took the time he did or solved the issue. He came same day, and was able to resolve the primary issue I’d been having for months. He also followed up to determine related problems and worked with me to complete my insurance claim. Would definitely recommend him.
