Excellent customer service provided with reasonable prices. I had called others for a large bin to be placed on our property in an emergency due to a renovation and service from them couldn’t be provided due to short notice. Called Dumpster Dudez and spoke to Melissa without any hesitation we had the bin within hours. I will definitely continue to do business with them.
BEWARE!!!! As a nonprofit organization, we thought we had found an excellent service, but that was not the case for us. Customer service was prompt in returning our calls. We had a rental during the holiday season which really interfered with pick up. They charged our credit card without being notifying us and did not provide a receipt. We contacted numerous times to talk to the manager about a refund on sales tax, we heard nothing. We will not recommend or use the service ever again.
