Food is not fresh. Taste like heat up frozen food.
Whole group got their food and mine came out after a few people in our group finished theirs. I asked if my $13.5 bowl was going to be free and they said no. Not really a great experience. Wont be going back.
Absolute horror! Rice was burnt and I couldn’t believe they packed and gave it to me to find that out when I got home. I returned to the store to get what I paid for and I got attitude and a slow/drag your feet response. I’ve never had this experience in the past as I’ve ordered there numerous times. I suggest management/ownership do better as with the cost of food in this inflated environment, the least you can do is get the food right!

Wife and I had them door dashed a week ago. Loved it. Came in person today and it was even better! Really enjoyed the soup dumplings and mochi donuts. Just an update. Wife and I come here every week or 2. We absolutely love the food. My only mini complaint is I actually enjoyed the ordering through our phone at the table.
