The handmade fried Boa is amazing! The perfect amount of crispness at the bottom and the filling is still juicy! Also, you have to try their wontons in chili oil!
I was pleasantly surprised by how authentic the food tasted! I ordered the popcorn chicken and the braised pork over rice, and both were absolutely delicious. They’re the best I’ve found in Utah so far. The flavors were spot on and reminded me of the comfort food I grew up with. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes. Highly recommend if you’re looking for authentic Taiwanese flavors!
