**Updated review** they deserve a 1 star review now. Another company came out to service our kinetico system (according to the kinetico website, dumor is NOT specialized in kinetico systems). After 4 months there was a rotten egg smell with hot & cold water. It turns out they replaced our filter with a city filter not a well filter. It was disgusting, now we have to shock our well, had to pay for a water test and new filter. Run far away from Dumor if you have a kinetico system. They don't sell Kinetico anymore! I asked around and turns out Kinetico didn't want them selling their products anymore.
DuMor closed their Angola location and has left their customers in a bind. Shipping/delivery charges on supplies, water filters is more like highway robbery. Store hours for those who now have to drive long distance isn't conducive to those who work the same hours. Would not recommend DuMor.
Wouldnt recommend, they pulled our sink and water softener out and didn't put anything back they just rushed out. The sink was pushed against our sump pump causing an overflow of water in the basement since it couldnt cycle properly. We definitely won't be using them again. Also, we left a message months ago and were told someone would call us back to schedule our service and no one ever did. 3 stars because they had shoe coverings (when we requested them) and they *seemed* professional. Very sloppy.
They installed me new water softener system 3 years ago for $4400, only work for a year. Even thier own repairman said most system should last 10 years. Then the last 2 years had idiot repairman guy not able to fix in 3 times come out. They came out jan 10th, 2025 to look at. Which was 3 weeks the earliest they could send someone when i called mid dec, 2024. Then billing $150/$175 every service call. Now they tell me it was wrong system to handle my 6 houses.
