If you want your water to be hard and to have iron stains in every shower and toilet, buy a Kinetico system from DuMor Water Specialists. And when you call to get service, good luck. They have no local service support. It has been one year and I have yet to have my problems resolved. I strongly suggest you use any other water specialist besides this business.
One week to get service and they will pull $225 from my account for service call before they even come. Not going to happen, someone else will service our unit from now on.
Scott is a great sales person. He followed as he said he would and he is going to follow up in 6 months. I would recommend them for your water softener needs. Quality and service.
