Five stars to Patient Representative Karen Evans for her immediate attention and assistance she provided us. We were having issues making appointments via phone (not showing up in the system, etc) so we decided to go in person to see what the problem was. The front desk directed us to patient services. Ms. Evans greeted us, was courteous, sat us down right away and listened to our problem. She was able to instantaneously solve our issue. Thank you again.
Your wait time will be just as long as the ER wait time. And people who showed up 30 mins after you checked in will get called before you do.
Pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I've never seen a Pharmacy so slow. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They need to fire whomever is in charge and try again. Negative stars if it was possible. What realy terrible is even with all the 1 and 2 star reviews, you dont see any changes, just rude staff
I go here for my annual blood work and to pick up my medications. The staff have always been top notch, cordial and friendly while very professional in their job. I have never, in ~20 years, had any issues that the staff did not resolve super quickly.
