Every person I interacted with here except my doctor was horrible. The lady at the reception in the lab should be fired. She was so bad I actually just left rather than deal with her.
terrible urgency with appointments they don't know how to schedule in person and won't allow spouses who are 7 months pregnant schedule an appointment for OBGYN useless staff
Great staff and doctors, always able to be seen even if it's a wait The majority of the staff is pleasant in my experience, very grateful for the services that they offer. The pharmacy, doctors are swift. They work really hard to service us. I appreciate it. Thank you.
I have been using this clinic since 2011, and it's always been hit or miss. I typically don't have a problem getting an appointment when I need to be seen, at least not from my primary care physician. Some departments you can get an appointment quickly others not so much. The main complaint that most people seem to have is the pharmacy, and I can agree there. It doesn't work very efficiently. It appears that they are trying to make improvements.
