Awesome experience staff is very friendly & knowledgeable Just moved to area & feel I've found a great place to take my cats to Ada went for her check up & shots. The groomers they have did such a great job on her lion cut & they even called later that night to just check on Ada to see how she was doing, which was so nice. Feel like I have found our Vet & groomer in one great place.
My husband and I can't thank the staff there enough. We are currently visiting family here and our dog got very sick. Dr. Gershman and vet tech Mallory took such great care of our very old and much loved girl. She's doing much better so once again a huge THANK YOU to Dumfries Animal Hospital. <3
We love Dumfries Animal Hospital! "We" being myself and my dogs! Dr. C gave my small dog Cheese Whiz in between her shots which she was a big fan of. They treat my dogs how I treat my dogs there. I also found a stray this year and they checked for a chip and even gave her a nail trim for free since she was in bad shape! A wonderful staff even down to the front desk employees! We also have gotten grooms and boarding there and it was excellent!
I have taken my 2 cats to DAH since 2005. This past May, after 3 visits within a week, I had decided it was best to put one of my fur-babies to sleep. After and being so upset and heartbroken, I was allowed to exit the side door and avoid others awaiting for their visits. Dr. Drake is wonderful. Also, the woman who was cleaning the kennel area was so sweet and sympathetic to me for my loss. She made me smile. I definitely feel they work from their hearts.
Great and caring. I recently had to put my dog to sleep and they were very caring and accommodating. Thank you for your sweet card.
