A national brake repair shop said I needed to have a front axle shaft replaced. Total cost was over $600. I contacted dumb wire guy and he actually closed his shop and went on a test drive with me. He suggested I replace the front rotor. I replaced the rotor my self and it solved the problem. Total cost $80. Thank you Dumb Wire Guy for being honest and taking time for a test drive!

I called dumb wire guy and he actually closed his shop and went with me on a test drive. He suggested I replace the front rotor. I did replace the front rotor myself and it fixed the problem. Total cost $80.00. Thank you again dumb wire guy for taking the time and being honest. I don’t know of any repair shops that would close their shop and go on a test drive in a moments notice.

The person answering the phone today was without a doubt one of the rudest people I have come across and basically stated that he had too much business to take care of our needs. Save yourself the time and the horrible experience and go elsewhere!

Thank you, thank you dumbwireguy for fixing a electrical problem in my car for $150. Another shop quoted me $3,500.00 And that was just for a wire harness that my car did not need. Greg is honest mechanic and I will not hesitate to use him again. Thanks again.
