It was our first time adopting and everyone was so helpful and nice! Andy worked with us and gave us all the time we needed to decide on the dogs and answered all of our questions! We are so happy to have Tucker as a member of our family 💕

I drove 45min to Dumb Friends League Solutions arrived at 7 am today and finally got seen at 11:30am for them to make me wait another 20 min today to tell me their vets are too busy to see my cat! 5 hours of waiting, 1.5 hours of driving & stressing my 20 year cat out for them to tell me to wait to be seen for them to do nothing. Their volunteer staff are the absolute rudest. I was standing by front desk... didn’t T know there was a swing door there some 16 year old and hit me really hard . She then proceeded to say @well you shouldn’t have been standing there anyway”. Then... there were two people in lobby with dogs and dogs were playing ... some guy screams at them to stop “. These are only two examples of many. No common courtesy or respectfulness.

Virtual appoinment.... dont want some random counselor who doesn't know me, uggest which dog I should be paired with. Not putting pics is up us just lazy. Ive made 3 appointments all of which were scheduled 4 weeks out. By then then dog i read about was already gone. Your staff is rude when calling. This is a joke. I feel bad for the animals that are stuck there that nobody can see in person which I understand, but not even on a website. and to say we believe Love is Blind get over yourselves
From the past 15 years I had been taking my fur babies to Pet Aid Hospital and love the quality of care And the effort to make pet care affordable. Unfortunately Dumb Friends League has taken over the hospitality and has ruin the quality of care with their corporate style of care. Most recently my dog was sprayed in the face by a Skunk. I called to ask what to do, if it would make my pet sick. Still looking for my new special friend
my cat was having complications urinating ended up having surgery at solutions, which I believe is somehow connected to DDFL. the cat was doing great until the 9th day of recovery where he stopped peeing and was urinating blood. it was saturday and of course only the after hours clinic was available to me, they wanted 2k upfront or wait till monday and gamble with my cats life.
