Dumas is the best , they are there for you if you have a problem and don't stop until you are satisfied. I had a kitchen and laundry room done in the floating plank floor. The workers were polite, very skilled . had my floor done in a half a day. It looks great!! The office help is very professional. always returned my calls. they did what they said they would do. I am very happy with the service. I would not use anyone else. so happy I choose them !!
Quality of work poor. Started working on our home October 2018. Finally finished May 2019. Left grout on walls around showers. Did not trim out new flooring next to showers. Did not put 2 x 4's on curb in shower causing problems later on. Trim work on new floors terrible. Saw teeth marks on trim work on stairs. Sub contractors were terrible.

This job consisted of a sunroom floor, kitchen/breakfast floor, pantry, hall, hardwood in 2 bedrooms and closets, stairs of hardwood, 2 showers and bath floors. I totally disagree with this review. Mrs. ******** ******** and Mr. **** ******** stated to me, "The work is very good and we just love ***** (one of the installers)". We did have an issue with one shower where we did not add extra bracing for a shower door because Mrs. ******** stated that she was not using a door in the guest bath because it was too expensive.
