Nikki is on her game! She really went above and beyond to get our house sold. It needed a lot of work and she managed to get contractors in so that the loan would close. She's a wonderful, kind but smart businesswoman. Highly recommend her to anyone buying a house or selling.

When you sign a lease, you are signing for what has been represented to you. Both sides should uphold their end of the contract. When I moved in, I signed a lease for what I thought was a nice apartment. Nikki never disclosed that 50% of the apartment smells like sewage when it’s hot out. I also signed thinking there would be two working washers and dryers. For years, only one dryer has worked and only one washer has worked. Stacie helped me find a new condo in Chicago. She went out of her way to figure out what kind of places would work for me and made the process much easier.
