If I could leave more stars I would! I was fortunate enough to call, speak with Krystal (apologize I don't know the correct spelling) snd book a same day appointment with Dr. Regan Huynh. I was warmly welcomed both on the phone and in person. Every step of my visit was clearly explained before any examinations took place which I greatly appreciated. My eye exam with Dr. Regan was comprehensive and thorough. She was unhurried in explaining when she took questions from me. I felt totally at ease. When i exited the examination room, I was greeted by Taban promptly. As I always had difficulty in choosing the best spectacle frame to complement my facial features, Taban stepped in and guided me through the process. She just knows what to pick! Thanks, Taban and Dr.Regan. I can't wait to have my new glasses.
Dumalo my new favourite Optometry! A big shout out to their wonderful staff, especially Alanah O’Connor, who thanks to her, I can finally get contacts in my eyes! No other optometrist in the lower mainland could help me get contacts in, until Alanah saved the day for me! A visit to Dumalo makes my face hurt from smiling!

They found us replacement arms quickly and even gave us free trial contacts to get through the trip — no pressure, just genuine help.
