They upcode me. and it was an unpleasant experience, but Duly Billing is worse, their customer service actually told me they didn't know what to do to correct the claim, so I got BCBS on the line to talk to them for over an hour and still they said this is beyond their scope. Yes, off shore billing, they don't know what they are doing and by the way isn't it duly that had a breach of our sensitive information and here they go doing that one again with offshoring billing.

I can’t say enough about this Duly facility. The Immediate Care is always accommodating, and in all the years I have been using them, I have never waited over 20 min to see a doctor. Fast and efficient, the ability to book same day online is so helpful. Having the diagnostics equipment onsite that they do, make it a no brainer to come here first. My family’s first choice for Immediate Care, as well as radiology.
