Great health providers. Checked in with a woman who wore a mask behind the plexiglass, but didn’t really speak loud enough for me to understand what she was saying. I think I said three times, “I can’t tell what you are saying, please speak up”. Maybe you could address this?
Always timely and efficient. Love all my providers each time I have gone.
I used the Immediate Care Center at Duly on Clay St, on 9/24/25. I was promptly brought in to the exam room. The Medical Assistant took my reason for being there, vitals and the PA followed. She was very thorough, explained what she wanted to do to treat my complaints and proceeded with treatment and testing. I was escorted to the XRay suite, and back to the exam room. I’ll not hesitate to use that Immediate Care Facility again.
Everyone was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.
