Everything went smoothly. I got a same day appointment, was seen within five minutes of my arrival. Both the gentleman at reception and the physician’s assistant were pleasant and efficient. Dr. Krohse was knowledgeable and engaging. He has excellent communication skills. He does not leave you in suspense as to the treatment plan, and he communicates the plan in plain English. He lets you know what to expect with each phase of a procedure, listens to your concerns. Quality physician. Quality human.
The staff and doctors here are very professional, competent, efficient, kind and helpful. I have a lot of respect for how they treat so many patients and how quickly they triage.
