I have been thoroughly impressed with the care I have received at Duly Health and Care. Dr. Cheung is fantastic. She is extremely responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in her patients' well being. Getting prompt follow ups and referrals when needed makes managing my health seamless. The entire clinical and administrative team at Duly is professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top tier care!
Please be very, very careful when receiving vaccines at this facility, especially for your children. My minor child was given a different vaccine than the one I authorized. Thankfully, I make a habit of taking pictures of every vaccine or medication before it is administered to my family. After the appointment, I looked up the vaccine shown in my photo and realized it was not the IPV vaccine I had authorized—it was an HPV vaccine. Check in was quick, only waited a few minutes before nurse called us back. Nurse was super friendly and pediatrician who we have seen before was great with my child as she had always been.
