The front desk, and the nursing staff are absolutely the worst of any office I’ve ever gone to and I am a physician myself. The nurses and medical assistants do not put any effort into getting the proper measurements or weight for my 8 month old at any of his appointments and play it off by saying “it’s ok we got the measurement”. We have been patients at this practice since 2013, and unfortunately, the quality of care and service has declined to the point where we are leaving. Back in August, my son developed an infection that was visibly spreading on his body. We were unable to get an appointment for several days and had to go to urgent care instead. He was diagnosed with a staph infection and needed antibiotics immediately. Had we waited for the appointment we were offered, he would have gone without necessary medication for days.
