I want to start by saying that my doctor and lab techs were amazing, fast and so kind. The reason for my review is the behavior of everyone at the front desk except one lady who is kind and has reddish hair. Everyone else at both desks is so so rude. They act like asking a question is a huge burden to them, as if I should know all the answers to everything. First time there today and was VERY impressed. I actually had the pleasure of experiencing both their gastroenterology dept, and then their immediate care dept later, and both were awesome. The Gastro doc, Dr. Song, was fantastic. The Urgent care Doc, Dr. Claud was also awesome. I've been to several urgent cares around the area and found them all a bit disappointing due to understaffing and lack of funding - this place is massive, spotless, and appears state of the art, including Molecular testing for Flu, RSV, and COVID whi... read more
This place is HUGE. Had a great experience getting the colon check. Dr Aziz is the best!! Great staff. In and out in two hours.
It’s my wife’s appointment that time and we arrived on time and didnt wait longer. The NP and her doctor are so supportive and cncerned about my wife’s condition and answer all our question and inquiries related to her pain and dizziness. Highly recommend them to others.
